The work usually runs across two streams
Regular touchpoints with the leadership team – weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the role.
Developing the whole organisation– quarterly workshops, across the full organisation or division.
Our engagements are long-term – starting with six months.
It is both: Systemic and Expert Work.
Combined with 10+ years experience in the field of Data Science and AI.
